Testimonials

“Nikkisha and her team have tended to the medical, physical, and emotional needs of both of our parents for several years now. They deliver personalized care based on their own assessment. They are warm, compassionate individuals who have become surrogate family members. We highly recommend their services.”

“Nikki Morris, founder of Integrity First, arrived as a blessing in our lives when my father returned from 7 days in the hospital. We made the decision to bring him home instead of sending him to a rehab unit, as he needed 12-hour care through the night. We felt, as a family, he would have a successful recovery surrounded by family at home. There was so much for us to learn about how home care actually works. Nikki and the lovely women she employs, Jattu and Amelia, were strong and agile to aid my father every step of the way. Each looked after my father with compassion and kindness.

My mother, sister and I, could rest at night in the knowledge that whatever was needed in the moment for my father, these extraordinary ladies were there for him throughout the night. The delicate process of being in a hospital bed at home, needing care, was completely new for my father and all of us and the gentle manner and way these ladies work, put him and each of us, at ease. Nikki was the consummate professional and made sure that all was well for us every step of the way. I would recommend Nikki and Integrity First and the caregivers she provides to any family seeking support for their loved one in need of excellent care. We have grateful hearts on this path to recovery for our beloved father, thank you beautiful Nikki.”

“Compassionate. Caring. Trustworthy. Reliable. These are only a few words to describe our experience with Integrity First. Nikkisha and her team treated our mother with such kindness and respect. It can be a difficult decision to have help come in and take care of a loved one. Without hesitation, I have recommended Integrity First to many other people who have been equally as pleased with their services. I sincerely cannot say enough wonderful things about them.”

“A special thanks to Nikki and the caregivers for making the last three years of our mother’s life fun! She really enjoyed getting out of the house and going for car rides.

She needed help with everything physical, and with love and tenderness the caregivers helped her to enjoy each day despite those handicaps. We always felt she was being well cared for, and was lucky to have those happy years.”

“We were fortunate to come across Nikkisha Morris and her personal care company at a time in our lives when we were unable to support our mother with Alzheimer’s.

Integrity gave us a peace of mind knowing that our mother was being taken care of with the same love and compassion that we would give. During the years that Integrity cared for her, we found Nikkisha and her staff completely dependable and highly skilled in their professional services.

The combination of the love and client dignity given to our mother resulted in a deep bond between Integrity and our family.”

“After observing how Nikki cared for a close friend, my parents hired Nikki to provide care and support for them when they could no longer independently care for themselves. Nikki and her dedicated staff provided care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that was both comforting for my parents and the entire family. She earned our trust and respect. Highly recommended.”

“Not too long ago my family and I had to make the tough decision to move our parents out of their home and into an assisted living facility. Our parents were both diagnosed with a form of dementia and couldn’t live at home anymore. We had to move them into the facility separately, and during the pandemic, which required them to each be in quarantine alone and at different times. Needless to say, our parents were scared and afraid to be apart from each other. We looked toward the facility for guidance and they instantly recommended Integrity First Home Care Solutions. Our needs were immediate and Nikkisha Morris, the owner, was happy to help. She was able to secure a couple of companions for my mother on such short notice so that my mom would not be alone the minute she stepped into the facility. The women were fabulous! They were kind, caring, funny and friendly. They treated my mom with respect and warmth. They understood our situation and we knew that our parents were in the right hands. The companions let us use their cell phones to communicate with my mom before her phone was installed in her room. We didn’t even have to ask. They called us and texted us with updates on how my mom was doing. They shared meals with my mom, made her laugh and provided real friendship when she knew no one else. The companions treated my family as their own. They even spent time with my mom on Thanksgiving so that she wouldn’t have to be alone, before spending time with their own. A couple of weeks later, my dad moved into quarantine but the caring never waned. IFHCS provided us with the highest level of care and compassion and for that I am deeply grateful. I really couldn’t believe how lucky I felt having found Nikkisha and her staff. Nikkisha was so easy and accommodating. Always friendly and never bothered by our requests and questions. It was such a difficult time for my family and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with IFHCS. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if the need arises. Thank you Nikkisha from the bottom of my heart!”
